A special thank you to Sara at check-in – she was incredibly friendly and helpful, setting the tone for a great stay. Adam was also very kind and assisted us with our car, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and all the staff were extremely service-minded and attentive throughout our stay. The buffet offered a great variety of fresh, tasty food, and we especially enjoyed our meal at the Krystal restaurant – truly excellent! The location of the hotel is perfect, and the pool area was well-organized with plenty of available sunbeds. We especially liked the pergolas, which offered a nice shaded area to relax out of the sun.

Thanks to the hotel’s unbeatable location, it offers spectacular views over a 6 km stretch of sand dunes and the ocean that bathes them. This 5-star hotel is flooded by daylight and has a functional and urban interior and décor. I guess the best location near Maspalomas Dunas, great dining, excellent staff - really friendly not too big, not too small, no children, we were completely satisfied

Location is not near the center but that is something we wanted. Food was amazing!! Regarding pools, everyone can find something for him/herself - cold/warm, salted or not. Room was spacious comfortable.

Guest can also enjoy a cocktail in the piano bar Carabela and in the Alis Roof Top Bar. Super, beautifully kept property. Staff all superlative i terms of knowledge, ability, expertise. Could not have asked for better treatment or facilities.
