Staff were so friendly but Raul went above and beyond to make sure we had everthing we needed and always with a smile.

There is not 1 thing negative I would say about this luxury boutique property. It was stunning, service was personal and the location/design aesthetic, food, drink impeccable.

Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. The tour desk is available to assist guests in planning their days out. Lovely decor, clean sleek lines , spacious rooms with great bathrooms, lovely balcony and all really well maintained. We were there mid December and never a problem for beds at the pool or never queues at the buffet. Breakfast buffet was fabulous and ran until 11am which was great, especially if you wanted to get in a yoga or Pilates class before breakfast. One of our main criteria in booking were the spa and fitness classes all included and it didn’t disappoint. There were 3 classes each morning running from 9am - yoga, aerial yoga or Pilates first two session then followed by aqua fit in the pool and then usually stretching/ yoga options also late afternoon - all really well run and never overcrowded- although with only 6 places for aerial yoga it was sometimes oversubscribed , but never an issue as you could follow similar poses on the ground 😉. Spa consisted of a small sauna and steam room - not the biggest but again we were mostly the only ones there. Jacuzzi and bubble beds were located outside and were a bitty chilly due to the time of year. Staff were lovely and always helpful. All in all a fabulous hotel, we would go back !

This only adults hotel with 5-star Grand Luxury, is surrounded by 2 white sandy beaches, and it is ideal for enjoying all that Lanzarote has to offer – year-round sunshine, tropical gardens and great local art. The moment you enter the resort you will feel 100% cared for, you will receive kind words and welcoming gestures everywhere, you will experience perfect service and the variety of food is overwhelming. Loved the beach bar at the sea, just a view stairs steps away. The sports motivation team is really really entertaining, compassionate and caring in a very subtle and comfortable manner.

There is a chill out area with a Balinese Bed and sun loungers which looks out to the sea. You will also find a garden and terrace, as well as a gym and Wellness and Beauty Centre. The outdoor pool, heated in winter, has a small adjoining dynamic pool with a little waterfall and water jets. Absolutely fabulous hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and the facilities are stunning. Rooms are huge and have everything you could possibly need including luxury toiletries, mini bar, two tv's and bluetooth speakers. Only a short walk or taxi journey to the seafront so in an ideal location.

It was clean, nice, cozy. Body lotions, refilled fridge daily, attentive staff, good pools with warm ish water (at least warmer than the ocean lol in January). Good pillows, different sets of pillows, nice balcony with the view. Good breakfast, always available snack bar open for Preferred Club guests.

Adult friendly atmosphere; very clean and beautiful. Great for solo travelers.
