The property is 500 metres from the city centre and 600 metres from Arriaga Theatre. First of all I want to say that this hotel is 10/10, everything was exceptional. The best best thing of this hotel is the location, is precisely located on the main and most important street in Bilbao, we were able to walk to any destination we wanted, everything was maximum 20 minutes walking distance. The decoration and design of the hotel is really luxurious and "spa" like. We tried the Spa services, sauna and pool, and it was perfect, as it is really small it is limited to 2 couples at a time, therefore there's a lot of privacy, nobody is undressed, which is a big point for me, as there are many other places in Europe where everybody get's undressed, making it really uncomfortable. The people were exceptional at all times, really helpful, joyful, simply nice. Really 10/10 experience. Another positive point is that you can check out until 12:00, normally check-out is always in between 10am and 11am, and this one gives you a full hour more, you can calmly wake up, get ready, still enjoy the sauna, etc.
