The coffee machine and electric kettle are so clean that they look brand new. The shower gel smells amazing, and the air condition is excellent. The only bad thing I can say about cleaning is that I found a hair in the bathtub (we were 2 bold friends in a twin room).

Francois is one of the best concierge that I have met in my travels by now; and overall the staff was very friendly, with a lot of attention to details. The city-view room was absolutely breathtaking at sunrise.

All rooms have a modern, en suite bathroom with a bathtub or shower and some rooms offer views of Old Lyon. Staff were wonderful. Great breakfast. Heated pool and saunas were brilliant.

Certain rooms offer a river view. I LOVED this hotel and would stay again when I return to Lyon. Beautiful facilities and very friendly staff. Great restaurant. I brought my dog and they had dog bowls and even bottled water for her! Rooms are large and airy. Lives up to its 5 stars.

First of all I would mention the atmosphere, including great lyoneise style and design, very cozy and comfortable place. Location is in the right heart of lyon. Service was outstanding, especially by the young staff, they were just wonderful.
