Everything was excellent , the manager was so polite , accomodating and upgraded us on arrival for my wife's birthday and even included a bottle of bubbly on arrival ,,the staff were excellent and so helpful and attentive and went above and beyond what we expected ,,we were treated like royalty , the breakfast was 5 star and coming from a chef that's as high as I can give ,,,please try this beautiful hotel in a prime location , we will return even just to say hi

A stunning home from home in the picturesque Malvern Hills, a few minutes' walk to town. Spotlessly clean, and effortlessly stylish, it made my week of work in Malvern feel like a restful holiday. With an easy lockbox check-in, Allison was the perfect host. Everything worked perfectly, and the welcome basket, milk in the fridge, and extra toiletries were a lovely touch. 5 stars. I hope to stay there again next year.

This is not a 5 star property. At best coud be a 3 star. On a Sunday the restaurant is closed. Breakfat was outstanding and so was the service for the breakfast. It is in the middle of nowhere although safe. No access to Sky TV or any sports channel. Room sizes and bathroom sizes are very small although everything is very clean. It is a joke to call it a 5star.

The staff were amazing from room service to reception all willing to go above and beyond to help. Excellent customer service skills, the ladys at reception were outstanding helped with my query and resolved it straight away. The hotel was clean and breakfast was catered for everyone even fussy little eaters like mine. In simple words the place was outstanding, 5 stars from me
