Very clean private beach, spotless sand, quick sunbed service and comfortable sunbeds. Rooms with a high quality standard, modern and always clean. both breakfast and dinner were varied, for all tastes and from all international cuisines. We also want to mention Liana, from the guest relations service. She was so great with us. Ask her about anything you want or can do in the hotel or outside the hotel. She will help you with everything! For sure we will come back to Nautilux!

The hotel itself is very pleasant and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you in anyway they can. Our room was even better than in the photos, spacious, comfortable, A/C, Wi-fi, personal swimming pool and long chairs, with everything you might need during your stay. The breakfast was high quality, you do have to chose in advance, meaning the previous day, what you will want but it's well worth it and with lots of options to chose from. Another positive point was a parking spot in their garage since we had a rented car. The hotel also has a little gym room, pool and spa, which we end up not using due to other activities we had planned but it looked nice and can be a plus for some people. Lastly, the location is good if you want to escape the "city center rush" and have a beautiful (but distant) view on the port and shore. However going to the center of Chania will require some compromise. We had our own car so it was fine to go but finding a parking spot (in particular for free) can be a challenge. Walking is possible but it will take quite some time. The alternatives are then bus or taxi, which give you less freedom or the need to pay. In any case, we truly enjoyed the entire experience, we were definitely happy with our stay!

Free WiFi is available in all areas. As we had the corner room, it was a little bigger than the others with plenty of room to stretch. It was peaceful and quiet, not a single noisy toddler in sight, which was the whole point of our trip. We enjoyed the room/pool and the beach so much that we didn't even have time for the spa - so something to look forward to next time. Definitely worth spending the extra dollar, especially when comparing with the ambience of the colossal resorts nearby. The restaurants/tavernas in the village are also lovely.

The bathrooms are equipped with a TV, a telephone, a hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes and luxury toiletries. Additional amenities, such as spa bath, are provided in some rooms and suites. We only stayed here for 1 night but really enjoyed our stay. It is walking distance to the Port. The room was a great size with a view of the harbour. It had a great breakfast!!

From the front desk ( which was very helpful with all my small questions I've had, always with a smile on and positive energy at all times), to the breakfast staff, our experience was wonderful! All was tentatively placed around us, we felt wholesomely welcomed and right at home- everyones went the extra mile and everything was impeccable!
