One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The view was AMAZING from our balcony. The TWO pools were also beautiful, and the beach was easily accessible. There were even robes to wear and sunloungers by the sea and by the pool. We used the sauna, while was great, and we ate the buffet dinner which was also great (though the desserts could have been better). Breakfast was also great. Staff were all friendly. Had a lovely stay!

The location is a bit far from the old town, however in high season, we appreciated to be far from the crowds. There is a hotel shuttle to old town that costs 8 euro per person - very convenient.

All the air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV. The private bathrooms are fitted with a bath containing an overhead shower. Flawless experience at the Hilton, amazing staff. Every interaction from cleaners to reception to restaurants was superb. Incredibly beautiful decor, food in the Lobby lounge was exceptional and we ended up having a few lunches here. Breakfast perfect everyday and we used the exec lounge most days.

KARLO at reception was an inspiration with all his enthusiasm and knowledge of the history of the area and got us all excited to get going on our planned intenary. We enjoyed the area and loved Old Town. As newbies to Croatia we asked a few questions and he happened to be at reception, and more than happy to go far and beyond assisting us with our queries and provided so much more than we expected. He is a gem to have for new tourists as it is sometimes awkward to ask questions in English but he was fluent in English, his knowledge of all of Croatia was incredible, he even recommended other towns we needed to see, (which we did) and made us feel very welcome. We are so glad that we added Dubrovnik to our list of places to visit. The hotel is beautiful and met all expectations.

Free WiFi access is available in all rooms and all public areas. Breakfast was included and in addition to the buffet there were lots of breads, pastries and fruit. Also great coffee! My room was very spacious and included a balcony with a lovely view of the mountains. After a day of touring we would sit off at the bar near the ocean - sometimes just for drinks and occasionally we would have a light meal. We ate dinner in the dining room once and the meal was very good!
