Our hosts Vesna & Zoran were very friendly & hospitable . The rooms were very spacious , superbly clean & dinner and breakfast were great too! Zoran is a fantastic chef & he makes his own jams & sausages . I highly recommend the grilled chicken & his yummy stew

We loved our visit to Rustic Lodge Plitvice. The staff were outstanding, extremely welcoming and helpful. As soon as we walked in we could smell the cleanliness of our rooms. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was superb. We especially enjoyed the walnut liqueur after dinner. If we could give a 20 out of 5 we would.

Superb high quality apartment. Modern, clean, comfy beds, luxurious walk in shower en-suite, excellent location, free on site parking, balcony overlooking national park. And night you could see the stars (including shooting stars). Only 20 mins drive from north car park of Plitvice National Park. Can walk to bakery, supermarket and bars and restaurants.

The whole area, the view, the room, everything was pretty and fine. The family who hosted us were trying they best and they also gave it. :) everything was 5 star.

Jasmine was a fantastic host - she was always on hand to help or answer any questions. Breakfast was good and dinner on two nights was top quality - the tuna in particular cooked to perfection. Room was comfortable with a good-sized bed and tea & coffee in the room. Location was in easy walking distance of the convenient (but little advertised) 3rd entrance to the park.

Everything was wonderful, from the warm welcome from the owner to the central location in Croatia (the house is one hour drive to many of the attractions like Zadar, Split, Pag Island, Pivlice National Park, etc). The house is really equipped as a 5 star hotel but in the heart of a pristine nature with a river, willows and forests. We will definitively return.
