Everything was really nice and well set up—from the entrance gate all the way to the room. Everything is kid-friendly. Our daughter loved the lion-shaped room key card! They even provide bathrobes for the little ones. In the restaurant area, there’s also a special section just for kids. The water park and play area were super fun, even for adults. We visited in April, so the warm pool water was a big plus. The spa for adults was great too.

The hotel isn't too big, which makes it feel more intimate. Wellness had everything you could ask for. The breakfast and dinner offerings were great, considering you can eat both a la carte and from a buffet for breakfast. Dinner offers a variety of food that meets 5-star excellence. Staff was very friendly.

I celebrated my birthday there and was very pleased. Everything was perfect. The staff were amazing and welcoming, I must say! They even surprised me with a birthday platter. Perfect place for a getaway!
