This accommodation was rather pricy, but the quality of all the facilities and rooms is matching it and it is a fair value business. Very happy with my stay at Neano escape, would book it again. The food quality at the restaurant is excellent.

The staff were super nice—special thanks to Juni and Eka for being so kind, and honestly, everyone on the team was always smiling and greeting us warmly. The place itself is beautiful, with a great atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The pool area is lovely, and the hotel’s restaurant serves one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had. There’s a lot of food and plenty of variety to choose from. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. We’d definitely go back and recommend this hotel to everyone!

Our stay at Kastara Resort was absolutely fantastic—truly a memorable experience from start to finish. Although we didn’t have the chance to try the spa (we were always out exploring!), we are confident it would have been amazing based on the quality of everything else. The service was exceptional—every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Their hospitality made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We stayed in one of the suites with an outdoor hot tub, and it was absolutely incredible. Soaking in the hot tub while enjoying the stunning views of the jungle was like a dream come true. The infinity pool was equally breathtaking—a perfect spot to relax and take in the serene surroundings. The cleanliness of the resort was unmatched; everything was spotless, and we’ve honestly never experienced such meticulous attention to detail in a property. The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal we had at the resort was excellent, and we loved that we didn’t need to go anywhere else to enjoy high-quality dining. The live music in the evenings added such a lovely atmosphere to our dining experiences. It’s rare to find a place where everything exceeds expectations, but Kastara Resort truly deserves its 5-star rating and more. In terms of location, it couldn’t have been better. The resort is a peaceful haven away from the chaotic center of Ubud, yet still close enough to explore. It’s about a 35-minute walk to the center, which was perfect for us as we could avoid the traffic while enjoying the serenity of the surrounding jungle. It also served as the perfect base for exploring Ubud and its beautiful surroundings. Without a doubt, Kastara Resort is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. This hotel is definitelly the cosiest place on the planet earth. Never seen so accomodating, open and caring staff in my life. They definitelly went an extra mile for all our needs. But what was the most impressive they felt like a friends rather than the staff. They also have very interesting free activities in the hotel, must try! You can learn so much about the culture them during that time. Complimentary shuttle bus ready to take us around the Ubud area was VERY convenient, thank you!

We got a room upgrade, which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise! Great service and polite staff. The pools are nice, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. We also went to the Japanese restaurant owned by the hotel — it was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely come back here again, but next time with my mom. She’s going to love it here!

The villa design is exactly what you want in Bali . The pictures don’t do the hotel any justice ! It’s much better in person. The hotel restaurant has its own plantation that you can pick veggies from for your meals ! I Recommend the bitter melon egg scramble , the chefs nailed it! Best I’ve ever tried

The Magani Hotel and Spa is located in between downtown Kuta and Legian area, a 3-minute walk from Kuta Beach. It offers a spa and outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast buffet was great. At the beginning, the room we booked had an issue related to the air conditioning (made a noise). When we ask them to repair, they came and did it. but the same problem occurred again and again. Then they gave us an upgraded room. It was nice.
