Everything is exactly as shown in picture - the villa is not 100m2 but more like 30-40m2 but that is more than enough.

The food served at the restaurant was amazing—was super happy with all the food I ordered during my stay. And plus points for the room service as well. There’s an amazing yoga deck on the top floor which was my favorite spot, overlooking all the trees and greenery and there were so many birds chirping away in the morning. There’s also a spa onsite which was great! And staff were also super friendly and helpful. Room was always super clean and did not find any bugs at all during my stay there. The property is also a bit further from Ubud City Center (but not too far) so it was less hectic walking around nearby places. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, Pilates reformer studio (Movement Matters; 5mins walk away), and nearby yoga studios.

This hotel is definitelly the cosiest place on the planet earth. Never seen so accomodating, open and caring staff in my life. They definitelly went an extra mile for all our needs. But what was the most impressive they felt like a friends rather than the staff. They also have very interesting free activities in the hotel, must try! You can learn so much about the culture them during that time. Complimentary shuttle bus ready to take us around the Ubud area was VERY convenient, thank you!

The staff can't do enough to help accommodate you and make the stay memorable. The location in Sayan is only about 15 mins into central Ubud and there are wonderful restaurants around. The staff helped advise a local walk through the rice paddy fields which we continued all the way to the Ridge Walk which was great. For dinner, try Nusantara tasting menu - it was awesome! It's 5* luxury with a very personal feel.
