Shuttle from Centre Point Mall is provided. The General Manager left a personal note and a welcome amenity that mentioned we were the guest of the day. That made all the difference. The "onzen"-like indoor pools, and gym were great too. I am a Hilton Diamond member but this stay will make me consider Marriott Bonvoy in the future.
