From the moment we arrived, the personnel were exceptional. The reception and concierge team were welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff, from the bar and restaurant to the SPA, was friendly, professional, and always available to assist. Their dedication to providing top-notch service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel also offers guided hikes with a mid-mountain guide from Monday to Saturday, which are included in the price. These hikes were a wonderful way to explore the local area and take in the natural beauty. Additionally, we rented e-bikes for a day and spent a few amazing hours cycling up to Canazei.
