This property just opened in March of 2024 so everything is brand new and the finishes are very nice. It is a boutique style hotel so there are not very many guests. You get a feeling that you are almost there alone and it is very well staffed.

Parking is free, and there is also a private pier. Beautiful hotel with gorgeous gardens, stunning views and a very welcome pool!

Castello Dal Pozzo Resort Lago Maggiore - Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a historic property consisting of 3 buildings near the shores of Lake Maggiore. It offers an outdoor pool with sun terrace, free parking and luxurious rooms featuring antique décor combined with modern comforts. We utmost enjoyed our stay as a family of four. The hotel and its grounds are well kept and the history of the castle is inspiring. I really like that the original family changed their ways throughout history to maintain the castle and keep it family owned. When they keep it up like this it will remain a land mark for the next thousand years. Staff is great, food and drinks at/near the pool, excellent parking (both paid indoor and free gated parking options are great), great choice of restaurants for fine dining and in a more casual setting (with swing for the kids), nice pool, good breakfast, away from the crowds, what else would you need? I can truly recommend the hotel to both families and young or older couples.
