Everything was perfect. We were given an upgrade on arrival and stayed in a luxurious suite. Five star treatment beginning with a great breakfast buffet that contains everything you wish for. Overlooking Juno’s Temple, the sea and either the pool or the garden, uniquely decorated rooms and studios come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Some room come with a private pool. This was a great base for touring around the Agrigento area. The main appeal for us was the private pool each room had. In summer, after a whole day off walking in the heat, relaxing in a pool with a bottle of wine and some snacks was the best. If it was winter, this would need less appealing. The room otherwise was very compact but clean and modernly appointed. Bed comfortable for us. The aircon is a bit noisy at night. We didn't have breakfast, instead we headed to local towns for coffee and cornetto. Are at the restaurant once. It was very good. But it's all about those private pools!

Throughout our stay, the team went out of their way to help with tastings and day trips; nothing felt scripted, just warm and effortless. The grounds are expansive and beautifully kept, perfect for slow morning walks or sunset cocktails. If you’re looking for a place that captures the essence of Etna—nature, flavor, and quiet luxury—this is it. We left rested, inspired, and already planning our return.

The hotel features a bar and a tea room. It was amazing! The hotel is fabulous, within walking distance from the center of Taormina. The surroundings are beautiful, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the bed sheets simply the best! You must try St. George Restaurant by Heinz Beck, the only 2-Michelin-starred restaurant in Taormina! What an experience! Each dish was carefully created and the flavors were just wow! And the staff — the staff makes it all! Thank you to all the personnel for the care you offer to each guest, for the smiles, and for your professionalism. Diana, you have my heart!
