Located in a farm, owner was very nice and speak good english. There are farm animals like chicken, owl, goat pony horse and dog. There are 4 toilet (2 men, 2 women) and 2 shower room and 2 bath room.

The location is convenient and close to Tomita Farm. The view of Mt.Furano from the hotel room is superb and relaxing. There is a big grocery store next to the hotel, very convenient

The staff are super friendly and accomodating. I forgot the male staff name but he is exeptionally hospitable. The food is superb. The place feels like home.I got to enjoy hanging out at the lobby/reception area,(feels like my living room)

Furano Natulux is situated in a superb location! It is directly opposite the JR train station as well as the bus stop for buses arriving from Sapporo and other places. Additionally there is a supermarket behind the hotel and several eateries within 5 minutes walking. Other than the location, hotel has very comfortable rooms and very friendly staff! Stayed here 10 years ago and after 10 years, service is still excellent and we had a great time!

Owners are hospitable and welcoming. Breakfast was superb with freshly baked home made bread. The room is clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable hotel combining western and Japanese style facilities. Superb breakfast. Very helpful staff with good English spoken when necessary. Rooms are large and well appointed.

Pension Ashitaya is an excellent place to stay as a base for skiing/snowboarding in Furano. The owner Jimmy-san is a kind man who graciously provided transport to and from the slopes and a restaurant every day. Outstanding value with the tatami and shared bathroom/ bath onsen. Truly exceeded expectations. Humble Japanese hospitality at its finest.

Forget all the 4-star or 5-star hotels, when it comes to hospitality, attention to details and exceptional service, Air Furano is in the top league. It starts with the welcome, which is not only a drink, but a pleasant talk with Rika, who runs the facility. And she helps you with everything, whether it's tips on events in the area, hints to places to explore, or shopping tips. If you are into cycling, her husband will help you organizing that. All in all exceptional, including the self-made breakfast! I definitely want to come again!
