Rooms have a luxurious interior with floor-to-ceiling windows, a seating area and an LCD TV. Amenities include a fridge, a safe and nightwear. Guests sleep in 2 extra -long double beds. Our room was ready when we arrived early and so it was wonderful to be able to check straight in. The room was incredible and exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and view. We arrived via Shinkansen and Minatomirai Line, directly into the hotel from Queen's Square, which also has good restaurant options. We left for Haneda Airport the following afternoon on the bus directly from the hotel having spent a day in the area on foot. It couldn't have been more convenient for out last night in Japan.

Featuring chic ambience and large windows offering ocean or city views, rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, fridge and electric kettle. Minibar and an electric kettle are also provided. The en suite bathroom includes a bath tub and toiletries. Everything went out of my expectation after my over 30+ hotel stays in Japan. I am very happy for choosing Hotel New Grand as my 1 night stay in Yokohama, very recommended. Thank you to all hotel staff.
