Exceptionnally well located, north of Sendai station, you can easily access it without even setting foot outside. The hotel is very classy and their beds are amazingly comfy, not to mention the delicious breakfast buffet which offers some local specialties like beef tongue curry ! Will definitely come back next time I go visit Sendai. Interesting fact : if you want to send your suitcase by takuhaibin courrier, the reception will provide you with waybills pre-filled with their own address (as sender) so you don't have to fill that part.

They provide a lot of things, even hair styler was available for rent at front desk. Breakfast is simple, mostly Asian dishes, yet there was seafood pasta and butter chicken. Online tv status check for laundry room.

When arriving, the lobby felt so grand and luxurious with seating in the front! The check in process was through a machine but the staff were friendly and available for help when needed. The disposable amenities available were also easy to access and had a great range. The room was also a nice and tidy and the bathroom was the same too. I liked that laundry machines were easily accessible. The location compared to the city centre (especially Sendai Station) was extremely convenient.

Amazing amenities and classy atmosphere, albeit a little expensive. Piano and organ performances in the morning and evenings, with free snacks in the evening. Lovely onsen on the top floor, great in winter. Washer and dryer were cheap too, 300 yen total.

Absolutely worth a 5-star review. It exceeded my expectations on every aspect, and I would highly recommend.

Rooms are of the typical small size but clean and useablel Onsen is clean and with essentials, buffet is 8/10 of both local and western cusune. Staff are very friendly, assisted with my laundry, and assisted with drying when machine cannot dry them enough. location 5-10mim walk to main shopping district. General 4/5 stars
