The hotel has family rooms. Everything was great, the room the bed the bath the food the service the staff, everything. Except for one thing. The chair. I must’ve banged my feet and ankles on the chair in my room 100 times. The chairs legs are made of a substance harder than anything else known to man. Hurt my leg so many times. Who picked the furniture?

Excellent location in Niseko to winter activities. Food at the hotel restaurants were very good and the spa was luxurious
loved the location, onsen and room. went in april and the hotel was almost empty, no one at the onsen or gym at all. felt so private. staff was helpful and room was luxurious
Breakfast is so so but decent.. Rooms with Mountain View are superb.. facilities also are very clean and maintained.. extra shuttle service given to us to go to Milk Kobo
We enjoyed the ski in and out, the room size was good, the onsen with the outdoor thermal pool excellent and the frequent hotel bus. A positive experience was the buffet at the Goshiki restaurant. We tried it only at our last night but the variety of dishes was fantastic and delicious. Outstanding was the sushimi dish. A compliment to the chef.
Great size room, shuttle to the mountain is so convenient. Morning breakfast buffet was always lovely and the chicken and ramen for dinner was delicious!
The room is really nice , staff are very kind , the location is superb
Staff were extremely helpful, hotel is small but classy and chic, rooms are big for 3 of us, provided great ski rental and concierge service, great onsen too!
It was more like a 5-star serviced apartment. The BEST accommodation throughout my stay in Hokkaido. Super spacious, classy interior design, clean, comfortable and with a great view of Mt Yotei. Even considering that I travelled during the shoulder season, this is hands-down the most value for money accommodation!
As everyone would say, this hostel is 5 star hostel. Super ultra big building. Private single units. Wide communial area.
Buffet breakfast available. Facilities in tiptop condition, private onsen and looks like a 5 star hotel for a hostel. Taxi from Kutchan JR cost about 1xxx yen.
