Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel in Siem Reap offers a 5-star experience with a rooftop swimming pool, spa facilities, sun terrace, and lush gardens. Location was great. Staff were friendly.

The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and modern, featuring refined, elevated finishes. I especially enjoyed the large soaking tub in the bathroom! The hotel felt secluded, offered excellent privacy, and truly resembled a resort. The pool area was beautiful and the overall ambiance was so serene. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service. The staff was incredibly attentive and proactive; for instance, as you approach the restaurant, someone will often rush to open the door for you. A chair is pulled out for you to sit in. Whenever I wanted to order a drink by the pool, there was always someone nearby asking if I wanted to order anything. Not only were they attentive, but the staff was also warm and friendly. The service level clearly reflects the hotel’s commitment to providing a great experience. The English proficiency of the staff was very high. The highlight of my stay was definitely the food—it was absolutely phenomenal! Cambodia is known for its amazing cuisine, and while I partially regret not eating more local food, the hotel restaurant was so exceptional and convenient that I found myself wanting to dine there for every meal. The restaurant staff was also a highlight, being especially friendly and fun to talk to. I also visited the spa and had an excellent massage. The spa vibe was very calm and relaxing. I would absolutely return to this wonderful hotel!
