We loved our stay here. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, but the hotel gave us a voucher which we used on room service. The food was lovely and portion sizes were huge! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking was good. The room itself was larger than we expected and had everything we needed - there was a balcony that surrounded the whole apartment with views of the city and nearby horses - which would have been lovely to sit out on if it was warmer. Wifi was good. Location was good - we were close to the mountain road and Jeju City. Took about half an hour to drive back to the airport on our last day.

The pool was the highlight. Staff were courteous and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included and plentiful. The hotel is gorgeous. Everything is clean, well designed, nicely decorated, and spacious. The staff is kind and professional. There are plenty of shops you can go to without leaving the resort. I profoundly enjoyed my whole stay there.

Jeju Shinhwa World Landing Resort boasts a lounge, spa and convention centre. Free WiFi is provided throughout the entire hotel. New, clean, easy parking, great area with loads to do, free theme park ride tickets - what was not to like :)

Surrounded by thick woods, Hidden Cliff Hotel and Nature is situated on top of the hill just outside the north-western end of Jungmun Tourist Complex. The location is quiet and tranquil, away from the crowds but within easy driving distance of many of the major attractions on the southern coast. Nearby the hotel, within walking distance, are a number of convenience stores and small restaurants, a great alternative to the expensive hotel meals. The hotel was easy to find, with plenty of free undercover parking on site. Our room overlooked the verdant valley below and we had the rising sun shining through our window every morning. Our room was large, bright and airy with a nice balcony. We had all the mod cons you’d expect: AC, TV, free Wifi, fridge, electric toilet, etc. Our bed was super comfy and there was no outside noise at all so we had very good sleeps. We liked the convenience store (7-11) located in the lobby and made use of it several times. The gym is decent, but not great. For cardio gear, there are only 3 treadmills, nothing else. There are a number of decent quality weight machines, a set of dumbbells (to 20kg) and an adjustable bench. We had a couple of weights workouts there and it seemed to work pretty well provided there weren’t too many people inside.
