The Golden Crown Hotel is a 5-star hotel located in Ampitya, Kandy, Srilanka. Cet hôtel était magnifique et très luxueux. Le luxe à un prix abordable. Petit-déjeuner et dîner très copieux et variés. La chambre exécutive était incroyable, spacieuse et de qualité. Salle de gym très bien équipée. Personnel aux petits soins. Encore merci à Chathurika. Nous ne voulions pas partir de l'hôtel car une seule nuit était vraiment trop court.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming — going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The rooms were cozy, modern, and spotless, with extremely comfortable beds that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from the Temple of the Tooth and Kandy town. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious, offering a wonderful mix of authentic Sri Lankan dishes and international options, beautifully presented and full of flavor. The parking area was another highlight — spacious and directly connected to the lift and rooms, which made it super convenient.

The food was beyond amazing—every meal was filled with such flavour. Santani gave us everything we needed to truly sought to reconnect and release going into the new year. It’s a place that feels magical, and we can’t wait to come back.

Occupant un ancien bungalow de l'époque coloniale, l'établissement The Elephant Stables est implanté dans une belle propriété avec vue sur la verdure de Kandy. One of the most enchanting places on earth! Nihal took exceptional care of us from the very first moment. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and we felt warmly welcomed. The property, the garden, and the pool are truly magical. We enjoyed lunch and breakfast, and both meals were absolutely delicious. The chef Idika came personally to check in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The location is in Kandy, just a five-minute tuk-tuk ride from the city centre. The hotel also kindly offered to drive us back and forth. Overall, a five-star-plus experience.
