She also welcomed us at check in and helped us get medical help when our child hurt her ankle. I can’t say enough nice things about how well we were treated. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night. The decor everywhere is beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and so clean. Shower was great. We weren’t able to use the pool, but it looked inviting. We would definitely come back and plan to stay at Barceló hotels elsewhere.
