The luxurious 5-star hotel Splendid Conference & Spa Resort is set directly on a long sandy beach in the heart of Bečići, just 2 km from Budva’s Old Town. We arrived early morning and very tired after a long trip. Asked for early check in and were ready to pay for it. But the reception was very nice and gave us a room around 12 am with a pool view 😍. All was good , clean , super comfortable bed and nice shower and bathroom.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade to a stunning Superior Suite with a breathtaking sea view—an incredibly spacious two-bedroom apartment. As it was my birthday, I was surprised with a delicious cake delivered straight to our suite, which made the occasion even more special. The staff's warmth and attentiveness went above and beyond—we truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The attention to detail in every aspect was remarkable. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight—absolutely delicious! Huge compliments to the chef, and heartfelt thanks to the wonderful person who served us. This was the most amazing experience ever . Do spoil yourself and stay at this wonderful place !

In the words of my 6 year old - best hotel ever! Although the photos looked lovely, the experience was even better. The staff were some of the kindest I have ever encountered and extremely friendly. The room was lovely and spacious, with a pretty nice view. The breakfast fresh and varied - and would also recommend the hotel restaurant (and its aquarium - a major draw for the children). The kids play area and the pool were also very nice.

Breakfast was continental and diverse everyday, really tasty (it lakes coffee(they provide instant) but you can order expresso from the bar). The pool looks amazing and they have a little playground near, my boy enjoyed the tramboluline in our last night.

The hotel is definitely 5 star, but not snobby, very family like. The location is ideal if you want to get a feel for common people.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, a spa centre and a restaurant, Iberostar Waves Slavija is 450 metres from the nearest beach and 1.7 km from the Budva Old Town. We had an amazing stay! We booked two rooms for one night and were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to two luxurious suites. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Everything was super clean and well maintained. There’s convenient parking available (for an additional fee). The staff was absolutely wonderful – especially Marina and Jelena, who were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and Djordje, who gave us great recommendations and helped us plan our route around the area. Highly recommended!
