Superbe hôtel, moderne et très bien décoré. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner buffet est excellent ! L'hôtel est à proximité du Parc de Chapultepec et dans le quartier de Polanco, très sympa.

L’établissement ONTO Alvaro Obregon Mexico City se trouve à Mexico, à 1,9 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Ange de l'Indépendance. The rooms here are brand new, and exceptional. Very comfortable, spacious, and modern. Waking up to greenery and birds chirping is lovely, as are the small touches like bespoke books included in the room for your pleasure. The staff, in particular Isaac and Roberto from reception, and Alexa as Client Services Manager were fabulous. Nothing was too hard, or too much to ask. Due to my work I travel frequently but often have fluid arrangements, which the hotel accommodated beautifully. They assisted in booking tours, providing wonderful recommendations to eat and shop locally too, and were so generous with their time. An abundance of bars and dining options within moments of this hotel, and walking distance to Condesa.

A beautiful hotel with lovely personnel. A ride from the airport was included as well as minibar !! Was worth staying in the center just for the sake of this hotel, otherwise I would have of course picked a different neighbourhood as it is a too busy part of town + I didn't know of protests happening. Asked for a quiet room and was granted it, lovely! Thank you, I would definitely stay here again !!

This boutique hotel is amazing, decoration of common spaces is wonderful (we loved yellow stairs), rooms are very cosy. They also have a nice rooftop. Location is great as well for exploring Roma Norte. Breakfast with bakery from Rosetta and yogurt with granola is very delicious. Some complementary snacks are provided (like fruits/ice creams) which is really nice. Stuff was very helpful and friendly, they helped us with each and every request we had. Cannot wish a better place to stay!

L’équipe dépasse les attentes et sont aux petits soins. Un vrai hôtel de luxe. J’ai adoré et j’y retournerais sans hésité !! Il pourrait y avoir une machine à café chambre et manque de petits indispensables de voyage comme des kits de couture ou bonnet de douche.. mais ce n’est qu’un détail!

I recently stayed at the Alest Hotel, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The room was not only beautifully designed but also incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Polanco and the City. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, always welcoming and attentive. Overall, a fantastic boutique hotel that I would highly recommend!
