Very stylish rooms with private indoor pool and little details aimed at making your stay romantic. Great food at the local restaurant. Absolutely amazing pool - the largest (longest) we have ever seen. Very professional staff - we felt being taken personal care of all the time. Special thanks for late checkout. Separate special thanks to Leo, who is a master-waiter, and to everyone at the reception desk - we really enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the Milam to anyone visiting Tulum.

This was the highlight of our trip. The atmosphere is amazing, it is an oasis in the middle of the jungle. So quiet and peaceful yet very comfortable. Beautiful nature all around. Two pools, one in the sun and one in the shade. Also a free Mayan sauna. We had the villa which was amazingly decorated, water pressure very good. We received welcome drinks when arrived. You will have to eat at the hotels restaurant but it is very very good! Prizes are fair for the good quality and amount of food. Morning yoga so fun! And most importantly - the staff were absolutely fantastic and we felt so welcome and well taken care of. Iguana’s are btw a part of the crew. There is cenotes in the area you can walk to.

It is surrounded by iguanas, exotic birds and a great variety of plants and flowers. The cenote and the river that exists inside the hotel makes the scenery even more beautiful. There are bicycles that you can use for free in order to move from one place to another, since the hotel resort is huge. In the reception, Michelle is a valuable asset for the hotel, since she is willing to help you for any requests and make your stay unforgettable. A really must do, is the excursions that Gonzalo operates in the hotel. He is so amazing and this guy really loves his job so much!! The river experience is definitely worth it and all these faculties are for free. The cleaning of the room was done 2 times per day and it was the most incredible clean room that we have ever stayed. The type of room was a hacienda with high ceiling where you could enjoy silence and the sounds of the jungle. The hotel, arranged us a surprise in our room for our wedding anniversary with a very romantic decor and a champagne. That was really the best way to start our stay.

We stayed here during our honeymoon after getting married in the Riviera Maya nearby. It was a lovely hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is stunning, and the rooftop bar and pool has a great view out to the city.
