We stayed for 8 days and it was probably the most relaxing days of my life. Lounging by our pool all day and relaxing was so amazing. The staff was super attentive. The food wonderful. My biggest fear with giving this review is that this place is fully booked next time we come to stay. Nothing like it. Absolute jungle bliss. We did the yoga and meditation even though it was new to us and enjoyed marshmallows over a nightly fire. If you are looking to relax look no further. You will need a car. So many beaches are close and at your finger tips. The beach hotels are loud and have music. This was zen all the way through. A very special stay and place. We will be back to recharge again.

トゥルム遺跡から9.1kmのWakax Hacienda - Cenote & Boutique Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the... Everything was amazing. It feels like the owners care about the details and making your stay as comfortable as possible. The territory was huge, there were multiple cenotes, underground river, a beautiful lagoon, 3 pools, and more. There's lots of things to do that are included in your stay, like kayaks/paddle boards, bike tours, underground river tour and daily yoga classes. The tour guide Gonzalo was amazing, he was very passionate about the tours, and went above and beyond in making sure everyone was comfortable and had a great time during the experiences. The food in the restaurant was really good, and the staff very nice and helpful. There's plenty to do on the premises, but the location is also close to many of Tulum's white sand beaches.

I've given this a perfect rating though I don't think it's quite perfect. The thing is there is something special about being there. The natural beauty and peaceful feeling of the lagoon are highlighted by carefully designed rooms and a reasonably limited number of guests. It never feels overcrowded. The hotel design captures the magic of the location and they provided comfort and service above my expectations
