Carol is an excellent host, and the room and facilities were excellent. I was a solo traveller on a motorcycle, and this wasn't an issue. Everything is reflected in her high rating, and it shows when you arrive. It was on par with a 5-star hotel, especially the bed. It was sooo comfortable. I highly recommend Heta Rd to any traveller. Just stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Great for family event. Booked 5 rooms. Hotel very accommodating and helpful. Even opened bar early for us. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast buffet 5 star with our adult children! Pool a bonus. No complaints.

We were impressed with the property from the check in to check out. The room size was generous as were the amenities, the location was superb and a shout out to the housekeeping staff who did an outstanding job and made our return to our room pleasurable.

The bath tub in our suite was luxurious, the bed extremely comfortable and the room tastefully decorated and well appointed. There was a great choice of eateries within a block of the hotel including adjacent to the front entrance. We went across the road to Monica’s Eatery for breakfast. The food was delicious and the coffee was superb. I totally recommend it. Will definitely be back.

Friendly staff. Room was so clean! Poolsl - 5 stars on their own! Perfect location for our family of 4 to explore NP from. Easy enough to walk to the city center. Short walk down to the coastal walk too. We loved it and would stay again. Excellent in its price range
