Location is near to metro station Avenida, near to everything, the staff is extra kind and lovely, breakfast is until 11:30 (big pro if you like to sleep more), clean rooms, very cozy interior. They upgraded our room at check-in after seeing on my ID that I will celebrate my birthday in 2 days. We got the Junior suite with a bathtub in the room, on the day they also surpised us with a bottle of champagne. Hospitality on top!

It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and they went above and beyond by surprising us with complimentary cake. Every detail of their service was impeccable, and it truly felt like they anticipated our every need. The spa experience was especially memorable. We felt like we were in a private retreat since we could reserve the spa just for ourselves. Most of the time, we had the entire space to ourselves, which made the experience even more relaxing and intimate. Thank you for such an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to return!
