We stayed here on Christmas Eve and it was a real holiday experience. The check-in procedure was very efficient and we also received a glass of sparkling wine right at the reception desk and a delicious panettone cake in the room. The room was trendy, very clean and comfortable, with a balcony and a view of the river. The location of the hotel is excellent as well. All the staff members were really friendly and kind, even those who just seemed to be passing by. The manager of the hotel Bruno was very attentive, too, and did not hesitate to make sure that everything was alright. However, the best surprise was the unexpected Christmas gift we received at the check-out, which was a lovely gesture and definitely convinced us to make a plan to return to the hotel in the future.

The bed is quite big and very comfortable (best one we had during our stay in Portugal). The hotel is super nice and the staff are excellent. Our room was amazing, more spacious than it looks in the photos. The spa isn’t huge, but it’s really nice and never crowded since you book your slot at the desk. Breakfast = absolutely delicious! We brought our dog along and he was welcome everywhere (except the spa, of course ). One of our favorite moments was ending the day with cocktails on the rooftop — the drinks were fantastic and the view was just stunning. We loved our stay at The Vintage Lisbon and can’t wait to come back! 💕
