The personnel of the hotel was great. They were helpful and there was even a shuttle to the aeroprt which was exactly on the time I have requested. The welcome was exceptional too. The reception stuff were waiting for me and the room was ready even before the check-in. Some Tunisian traditional sweets were brought to my room upon arrival.

I received one of the best relaxing massages, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. Overall, I would highly recommend the Ramada Plaza for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay with excellent service.
