The staff were phenomenal and the level of service outstanding. We had visited the theme park in the summer and decided never to go back but this level of service and attention to detail changed our mind. There were so many people that made our stay so good it would be unfair to mention anyone in particular, everyone contributed to a warm safe friendly atmosphere

What truly elevated my stay was the dedication of the staff, especially Ms. Zeynep, the assistant manager. Her helpfulness, professionalism, and willingness to assist even outside her official hours made a significant impact on my experience. She truly embodies exceptional hospitality. Despite that, I consider Rixos Park Belek a true 5-star hotel in every sense. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking comfort, service, and an unforgettable stay.
