The private beach, accessible via a direct tunnel, was well-serviced and peaceful, completing the perfect stay with sunbeds, towels, and refreshments provided with the same excellence found across the resort. Area for Improvement: To further enhance guest satisfaction, it would be great to see the inclusion of lactose-free milk and decaffeinated coffee options, especially during breakfast and afternoon service.

Akra Antalya is located on the seafront, this 5-star hotel is set in the city centre where you can enjoy the lively streets of the city accompanied by the calm and warm atmosphere of the Mediterranean landscape. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Really like the fact that there are so many pools and the beach area is very nice. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient.

The size of the room was really impressive. Very clean. Food was tasty (although we managed to get food poisoned). Nicely designed pools and comfortable sun beds. (Just be aware that people are the same everywhere no matter how much money they pay and even if it is not allowed to reserve sun beds, people still do that and don't show for the rest of the day unfortunately). Amazing kids club. Really there is nothing to complain about. But.... We felt that it lacked a bit of a cosy feeling and we did prefer a less luxurious but more homely hotel we did stay in previously. It really depends on your preferences.

Each and every staff member was exceptional. We arrived late, before checking us in staff directed us to the restaurant for a late night meal at close to midnight. The food was outstanding everyday and they understand that sometimes children might miss a meal so there was alway food and drink pretty much all day and all of it superb. Pools and surrounding areas were kept clean and drinks and ice creams topped up promptly. Lobby and reception staff were always incredibly attentive, hugely service minded, I cannot fault them and will certainly plan to return.

I spent 6 nights with my husband in this wonderful place, I can call it a “Turkish Paradise “. The views of the Sea and the Mountains are incredible. The hotel is amazing, we liked the food and there are many restaurants you can go to. We had Hammam & massage in the spa which I can highly recommend. Swimming in the sea was wonderful, so clear & calm like a huge swimming pool. There is entertainment going on all day & night with shows, karaoke, quizzes & live performances. Tom is the best host, he is fun, friendly and approachable, he looked after us all the time. He goes out of his way to ensure all the guests are enjoying themselves. All of the staff are very welcoming and give amazing service, nothing was too much trouble. I also want to thank Enes who looked after me when I was sick. Would definitely recommend this beautiful place to couples and families.
