Amazing luxurious hotel in a great location.

Luxury Accommodations with high end furniture, many comfortable seating areas. Well stocked kitchen A short walk to Hotel One and the renowned Bali Ha’i sunsets. Being on the bluffs next to the ocean is an experience.

Front Desk Staff (Mae and Kaysha) were exceptionally helpful--always smiling/friendly, gave good advice re: places to go, dining, etc.---They were amazing! When there were technical problems in the room (TV, internet, etc.), and maintenance was called, they came in record time (usually 5 minutes or less!!)--have been places where you wouldn't get service for a day or two--this was exceptional service! Liked that you could get DVDs to watch for free--provided something to do in the evenings.

The view from the balcony was superb. The staff was extremely helpful, from the first interaction (changing the room), over information about the attractions, to renting the bikes.

1. the owners were onsite and willingly and promptly dealt with our needs and provided valuable local knowledge 2. the main bedroom bed is the most comfortable I have slept in away from home in over 60 years of travel 3. the view from our rental across the bay is outstanding 4. the provision of beach towels, chairs and an umbrella was most thoughtful and appreciated 5. the rental was well-equipped with all we required for our stay.

It’s a cabin in a remote area and not a 5 star hotel. Can’t confirm the complaints of the other people. Showers were outdated but clean and phenomenal water pressure. There were a lot of blankets and the kitchen was fully stocked (no oil). No mobile coverage, 30min way to reception desk and fire wood are clearly communicated at every stage of the booking process.

Loved our full suite, the grounds, facilities, location in proximity to the ocean, the cat mascot (hehe), yes the roosters and chickens, fabulous restaurant (excellent food and service), the staff (so friendly, helpful and professional), surrounding area (market and small grocery store).
