From Santiago greeting us and taking our luggage to Ines answering every single question we had upon arrival and booking all of our dinner reservations. Flor was just as amazing to us in the evening. All of the staff was kind and wonderful. After the first day they had our coffee orders memorized. It felt like we were the only ones there.

Breakfast was very nice, although having someone serve the fruits and bakery initially was a little weird. The food was delicious, with wide options. The room was very nice and super comfortable and spacious. The amenities at the hotel are nice, including the casino. There are options for a kids club if you have children at your party.
