We had some trouble with a tour we booked through Get Your Guide, and the staff was incredible at helping us book another, at 8PM for the next day. Very grateful, specially to Thomas and Kai. The breakfast was delicious too.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond by gifting us a voucher for the bar and even allowing us to use a room to shower before heading to the airport — a truly thoughtful gesture. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed every detail and felt right at home. The facilities were excellent. The pool offered stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant was also a highlight — both dinner and breakfast were delicious and perfectly prepared. And the underground bar is a must if you enjoy live music; we caught a performance there and absolutely loved it. To summarize, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place. We would definitely come back.

The location was perfect—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax. The rooftop pool and bar were an added bonus, offering stunning views of the city.
