The SPA in the hotel, hands down the best massage/spa service I ever tried. Highly recommend getting the SPA packages. I took the Blissful 4 hour package which includes sauna, foot care, massage, massage, body scrub and beauty treatment. Plus snacks and light lunch. You can customize it. And we got an upgrade to the suit on our last night, the room was beautiful. The check-in process felt personal and welcoming. Definitely better than your standard hotel check ins.

Beautiful hotel, very efficient and friendly staff, and good food = great value for money. We highly recommend to take the Club option, a beautiful salon where you can hang around drinking tea all day long and drinks after 5h30 pm. The Club team was the most professional and kind, especially the very knowledgeable Kevin. The hotel is also in a great location, at walking distance of the main tourist sites (although frankly there is little of interest for tourists in Ho Chi Ming). Everything in the room is top quality. Great pressing service also.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, very well designed and the staff made us feel very welcome. Our room was great with a view of the water from the terrace.

The hotel is new, carefully designed, comfortable, and welcoming. We booked the suite, which was very convenient for a family traveling with two teenagers. The hotel staff was warm and attentive, providing great insights about the area, offering recommendations, and making sure we felt as comfortable and at ease as possible. We would love to return to experience more. Highly recommended.

Even before my arrival, I was personally welcomed by Kim Chi, my dedicated concierge, who reached out to assist with arrival details and ensure everything was in place. That thoughtful touch immediately set the tone for the rest of our stay. Check-in was seamless and accompanied by refreshing welcome drinks that made us feel instantly at ease. Our room was exactly as advertised online — spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, plus the option to request additional services whenever required. What impressed me most was the speed and attentiveness of the service. Any request we made was handled promptly, and Kim Chi was always available, making the experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. Having stayed in Ho Chi Minh City several times over the years, I can confidently say this was one of the most memorable and enjoyable stays I’ve ever had here. This property truly exceeded my expectations and now sits firmly at the top of my list for future visits.
