Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with stylish rooms full of character and excellent facilities. The location is ideal—close enough to the vibrant Old Town for easy access, yet peaceful enough for a restful stay. So far, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. Highly recommended!
