Perfect in everything. Staff speaks English very qell and gives quick and useful solutions and information. Breakfast is one of the best I have evr had in my life...you will find spanish churros! They change every day. Room is very clean and comfortable. I also tried in room service and gym, not a single problem.

I got a better room than I had booked. The room is cozy, with a beautiful view of the river. The hotel has a large swimming pool (there were no people during the day, but it was full in the evening). There is a cozy bar upstairs, with a beautiful view of the city. Good breakfast. Great location, you can walk everywhere.

Beautiful Hotel a few minutes walk from Train Station. Great facilities- outdoor pool temperature was very pleasant. Nice restaurants onside- we had lunch & dinner there and both very good but is more expensive than restaurants in centre of Hue but still reasonable by European standards. We booked a driver through Get Your Guide who brought us to 3 of the main temples & Celestial Lady Pagoda afternoon we arrived. We bought a combo ticket at 1st temple which covered all the temples and Imperial City which we visited next morning via Grab taxi. Breakfast was excellent with great variety to suit everyone.We only stayed one night so didn't use all the Hotel facilities. Would highly recommend this Hotel
