This was hands down the most amazing place we've stayed at during our trips around Europe. We were expecting a pleasant Austrian lodge, got a boutique luxury hotel instead. The service was way better than what we were comfortable with as we really didn't expect half of it. Prosecco for breakfast, scrambled eggs decorated with flowers, brilliant schnitzel for dinner, spotlessly clean rooms, stunning wooden floors and finishes, candles on the balcony with a lighter and blankets ready to enjoy the views, superbly comfortable beds and a big modern smart TV for that rainy evening. There weren't many guests when we came and it seems the owner put us up in the best room despite it being larger than our booking. The view was stunning. We'll be back.

This place is an incredible maze with comfort and wellness hidden in almost every corner. The heated pools, the lounging areas, the adult only areas… It truly was an amazing, neat experience. And the transfers from the village to the ski pistes is a very big plus! They made luxury and relaxation available and accessible for a solo skier. And the ski cellar; amazing!

Very friendly family runs the hotel. The view is breathtaking. The breakfast is Super. It’s the perfect place to spend your vacation specially if you have kids. The playground is amzing as well. Relatively small hotel which makes it very cozy. Superb facilities (a REAL wellness). Owners Gabby & Heinz do their very best to give this place a personal touch. Heinz even took us on an early bird ski trip around Kaltenbach. Lovely staff; they do their very best to serve you all day round with a big smile. We will definitely come back!

It is very nice family hotel with its own traditions. Perfect location, nice room with fantastic view from the balcony. The meal, especially dinner serving is out of our best expectations. Excellent SPA, 2 swimming pools (outside and hydra) were warm and comfortable. The owner Lady met guests and communicated at the dinner what was very nice and created cozy atmosphere.
