    Excellent (family) hotel. This was our second time here, no regret, indeed. Endless programmes nearby, wonderful location; also nice variety of inhouse organized evening programs (live music, wine tasting, bingo). Staff is kind, good to see same faces as last year. All-inclusive service is outstanding, nice quality food, children friendly menu. The family room is very comfortable, the mountain view is breathless. We are planning to return... :)

    Location was amazing, ski in and out from the property , breakfast and dinner were delicious , room is clean , modern and comfortable. Staff were very kind and helpful. I would recommend this property to everyone, 10/10

    The best location in the entire ski resort in terms of ski-in-and-out. Spa&pool area is outstanding, in particular the outdoor pools. Quality of food is high quality cuisine. Staff is very friendly and helpful in general.

    Absolutely perfect, everything! Top location, luxury modern hotel, exclusive design, luxury restaurant, decoration, absolutely amazing staff in the restaurant, everybody very kind, the room was very big and modern, beautiful, amazing view, absolutely quiet, perfect comfortable bed, social games in the bar, billiard. The food was an exceptional experience thanks to the chef, all too much delicious, I expected a lot, but it was absolutely more than perfect, definitely come back soon! Thank you very much for this amazing stay and experience.

    Second time in this hotel, still great quality, and the inclusion of unlimited cable car rides is greatly appreciated, especially by a 5-year old (don't underestimate this, it would cost a fortune otherwise). Food quality is good, though the variety could be improved a little bit. Rooms are great, modern, stylish, separate toilet is appreciated.
