Amazing!!!!! Such a pretty resort and the room was fantastic. It was a little far from the centre of Broome but they have free bikes for guests to use which was fantastic. We absolutely loved our stay. It was also quiet at night which we loved. Washing facilities were free and there was an outdoor shower which we could use as we arrived early! They handed us towels and we could sit by the pool until our room was ready (it was ready earlier than expected, amazing). When our taxi didn’t show up the lovely receptionist brought us to the restaurant in her own car. We also got some free Champagne whilst we were celebrating a birthday. Overall: 10/10

Straight away the staff were welcoming and super helpful when it came to recommending activities and places to eat nearby. The hotel itself is beautifully kept, lovely gardens and pool areas. The vibe is immaculate and the music in the public areas is chill and relaxing. The rooms are clean, quiet and airy with good aircon systems keeping cool in the heat. As I mentioned in my booking it was for me and my mum’s birthdays, they contacted me to see if I would prefer split beds which was so helpful. When we arrived to our room it had been made up with a birthday display which was an amazing welcome!! So thoughtful. The food and drinks at the Conti bar are really good, especially the fish tacos and margaritas. Breakfast menu is small but nice too with something for all tastes including veg, vegan and gluten free. We had a small issue with our fly screen coming off the bathroom window and within 10 mins of us mentioning to reception, it was being fixed which is exceptional customer service. Location is great just a small walk to town beach and the jetty, across the road from Matso’s brewery and the bus stop outside takes you all around Chinatown and cable beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional service by all staff, everyone we passed by had a huge smile and greeting for us. Didn't have a bad meal the whole time we were there. Plenty of activities to keep us occupied between lounges by the pool. Cichetti for dinner was absolutely delicious, can highly recommend the gnocci served with beautiful Wilyabrup wines. We ordered the lunch hamper for Christmas day and it was a bargain for $99 filled with prawns, smoked salmon, salads, loaf of baked bread and heaps more. Our room was clean and comfortable and serviced daily, we had resident wallabies and bungarras walking around and through the grounds. I loved that the bungalows were a good distance apart too. We felt like every effort was made for us and loved our stay. Hope to be back again soon!

Not being used to driving on unsealed roads with a 2 WD, we wondered what to expect. After 10 km of bumpy road, paradise awaited us. Who dreams of nature with lots of animals and a beautiful sandy beach and clean sea water is right here. Unfortunately, we have planned only one night at ECO Wilderness resort on our 8-week WA trip. That was a mistake. The manager and her crew were very friendly and helpful. And when you read the owner's philosophy in the documents, you can only imagine what it takes to build such an environmentally friendly resort. It is incomprehensible that there are guests who complain about a limited choice of menus, which is common for resorts more than 100 km out of town or complain about petty things. Enjoy the tranquility, the wonderful nature with countless birds, lizards, wallabies, the stunning beach, water activities, swimming pool, yoga and cool drinks! The villa was spacious, modern and clean, the bed comfy. There was a great veranda for watching animals or having a cup of coffee.

    Loved the view from our balcony that overlooked Roebuck bay, location and the cleanliness of the apartments were impeccable. Our 9 year old spent a lot of time in the pool, which was in pristine condition. Great for families! Apartments have been newly renovated

    Great location out on the grass to watch Staircase to the Moon. Close to the Broome Explorer bus stops, 10 minute walk to Broome town and 15 minute walk to Town Beach. Rooms look new and are very clean, modern and comfortable. The pool is big and deep, very refreshing with plenty of space in the pool area to relax. No restaurant onsite but Matsos Brewery is across the road and the Mangrove Hotel is next door. Quieter location to Cable Beach which is only a short bus ride away.

    We only stayed 1 night...didn't get a chance to make use of the facilities but walked around and it all looked fabulous. Short stroll to the bus stop, restaurants and bars. Great location. Room was a great size and very modern, Apparently its an adults only hotel which is a nice to know.

    We had a large modern upstairs suite with a view. It was fabulous. Outdoor seating on the balconies. Beautifully laid out inside and lovely furnishings, with everything we might need. Coffee machine. Spotless. A very large and attractive pool. Great location, in a pretty area for walking and close to the sea. Amazing views of the bay and mangroves from our balcony. Compared to other accommodation, it was very good value for money. Helpful front desk and pleasant check in. Plenty of parking. I would highly recommend this motel.
