When the staff saw I was on crutches n had a walker they offered to give me a room closer to the lifts, I did book a mobility room but it appeared bookings.com didn't book that room for me, so I was very grateful to your staff.

AC remote wasn't working properly I had to do early checkout as a power outage consequences however hotel staff offered me a free late checkout.
