    Location is 10 min. by Tram from the Zurich Airport and 25 mins. to the City Center, the staff Ishita and Liza were very patient and super kind to deliver the best of support, even on overloaded check-ins, the rooms were hygienic

    The hotel was generally very clean, super comfortable, well equipped with facilities to make you feel at home, like a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, plates, pots, pans, etc, so awesome! Staff were super polite and lovely, located in a very serene location close to the airport and about 20 mins away from the city centre, I'd definitely go back there, and I'd definitely recommend.

    We really enjoyed the location - close to airport and also tram ride to the city center wasn`t too long. Tram stops were only few minutes away from the hotel, as well as some food stores. Hotel room was stylish, people in the reception always very positive and helpful. If we will come back to Zurich, this hotel will be in our list to choose again.

    We liked the location and its accessibility. We had no issues traveling to Zurich City Center or anywhere else. The hospitality was on point. The room was modern, stylish, comfortable and self contained. Luigia (restaurant) was amazing!!!

    it was very quite despite it is a very big residence. the location was okay. it is 20 min by tram to Zurich center. the tram stop is 7 min walk. the residence is very modern and has some good services such as the laundry room. the fitness room and the entrance has several nice sitting area and coffee machines
