The rooms are clean and spacious. The front desk staff are accommodating and friendly. It's an ideal hotel for families. The young kids enjoyed the nearby Aquatis Aquarium. Best of all is the hotel is directly above the Lausanne Metro station Vennes. Staying here also gives you access to Lausanne Transport Card which allows you free use of public transportation throughout Lausanne

Lovely staff, a great location right opposite the station( we were travelling by train) and a 15 minute walk to the lake. there is a lovely cafe downstairs with Swiss delights, and a small supermarket accross at the station . It is near plenty of shops and bars. the room was well decorated and clean.
