Marco was very attentive to our every request, constantly making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. It's rare for us to get such a good experience from hosts! Otherwise, the location was perfect for us, and having a parking spot nearby really helped us when we were arriving late at night from the Summerside Festival in a nearby town. The apartment itself was large and comfortable, and it was great to have a balcony we could relax at the end of a long day.

It’s a beautiful house in the middle of the old part of town. The rooms are spacious, the beds big and comfy, the bathroom modern and large. Staff was very friendly, breakfast great.

Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel - very clean, very helpful staff, high quality food, all for very fair prices (given that we are, after all, in Switzerland...)

Located in the city centre next to the small Suze canal and the pedestrianised shopping zone, the Mercure Biel hotel is easily reachable on foot from the main station.

Perfectly cleans. Modern style. Very friendly team. Sleeping Room is very well equipped. Clean. Despite close traffic outside, no noice in the room (perfect windows). Breakfast is fantastic in terms of wide choice of food and drinks, quality and presentation. We joined breakfast 9:30 am. Still whole choice of food and drinks presented. Price is ok given the value.
