Everything about the property is WOW! The owner is the sweetest, she made us feel like home in her house! The room is huge (like really big for other swiss room standard) It has a coffee machine, paid sauna, fridge and a microwave. The spiez castle is 10 mins by walk and the train station is 6 mins far. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Spiez

Good location with a great lake view. Enough parking lots available, even for bigger cars (outdoor space and 2x underground parkings). Very friendly staff and owners, pet friendly behaviour. Great patio. Restaurant in-house. All expectations were met.

Restaurant, front desk service staff is very friendly, patient answer. Except for the young, round-faced lady at the front desk (who loves braiding braids); I suspect that she has racial discrimination, which is very inconsistent with the overall harmonious atmosphere of the hotel. One second, she is still smiling, and when she sees Asian guests, she is crying. For such a nice hotel, I was surprised to have this kind of problem. I wonder what happened to her? ! This makes me feel racist!
