Looks new and clean. We only stayed a night and chose this location as it is a short distance to Chengdu East Train station and we were catching the train the next day after arriving in Chengdu. There were eateries and minimart near the hotel where we could get dinner and breakfast before our train ride.

The breakfast was excellent. Restaurant right in the hotel was very good. Staff very nice and helpful.

Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

I was a little hesitant to book this hotel at first, as it had only a few reviews, but it turned out to be a great choice. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt serene — a true hidden oasis in the busy city. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. The receptionists greeted us with a smile and were happy to help with anything we needed. Even the housekeeping ladies were incredibly kind, always making sure our room was spotless and comfortable. The patio was a highlight — as soon as we stepped in, we felt a sense of peace, with the gentle sounds of nature and pleasant scent. Our room was cozy, quiet, spotless, with a modern bathroom and a small terrace. I recommend!

Hotel is very pretty, as advertised! Location is also really good, near by car to tourist locations. Staff are also friendly. We love the free laundry service, and they also provide steamer. Value for money and Instagram-worthy for a stay in Chengdu. Tip: further down the street is University street with cute cafes!
