In Poly's real estate, Poly is still a relatively famous listed company. The greening of the community is well done. There is nothing to say. The front desk in the lobby on the first floor is relatively formal. The first time I stayed in this kind of aparthotel, I thought I would go directly into the room like a famous hotel, but I didn't expect it to be very professional. The front desk guy spoke gently and patiently. Because it was also the first time to Guangzhou, I asked if there were any delicious food nearby. Anyway, spicy and non-spicy dishes are recommended. I recommend it. We live in the room on the 6th floor. I feel that there are quite a lot of people living there. The password sent directly on WeChat to open the door. Please note that the WiFi password is also sent. There are also interesting places in Guangzhou that are suitable for taking photos and punching in. It's just that I'm not very good at TV projection when I get to the room. At first, I thought it was a problem, but there was no link. Connect to the same wifi, and the front desk guy has worked hard to help debug the link! The service is quite good and patient! I think it's a shop that can be considered again!

Very friendly staff and even if they do not feel somfortable to speak english, they know very well how to efficiently deal with translation apps. The breakfast is good and the beds are comfy. I felt safe and welcome every day. The metro station directly in front of the hotel is a big plus too.

This hotel is already one of the best hotels , I have ever been in China. The main purpose was Canton Fair , and the metro is just 10metres away , and just two stations to Canton Fair Complex. The view is amazing , the Whole Guangzhou can be seen above . Starbucks and Mcdonalds is on the first floor. The staff of the hotel is very friendly , they helped us to order the dinner . The rooms are very clean , the bathroom items always filled and changed everyday , even if we do not ask ,in other countries Turkey , Qatar almost we have complains , but here we do not have any , everything can be done just with one call . We will be back exactly .

. I liked everything there. The room was very big and very clean, they cleaned every morning, the cleaning staff they were very good. i say a big thank you to Aina who works at the reception she was very nice, helpful wonderful person and she was always there when I needed help. I lost my luggage at the airport in Guangzhou. I told her that I need help, from there she started calling everywhere until finally I got my luggage. She ordered a taxi to the airport because I didn't have alipay. i say it was Top class service. i have traveled around the world but I have never seen a person like Aina who is nice helpful, kind and professional. i hope the manager reads my feedback you are lucky to have Aina in the staff and all other staff were the same wonderful people 👍👍👍😁 and next time I come to China I will stay in Paco hotel. The hotel was near Soyuan Metro Station you can go everywhere in the city. And there is malls, restaurants nearby.
