We arrived at Casa de las Flores last minute, because we missed our plane for Providencia. Casa de las Flores was a good choice on San Andres island. It is a bit further away from the city center, but you can easily get there (20 min drive). It is nice & calm and we had our "private" beach in front of the house! Nice swimming pool. We paid extra to have a double room with sea view; but this was worth it. The owner speaks French and gave us lots of tips to visit the island.

The pool area was amazing.. food was really good.. They give you bracelets when you check in to charge everything to it and pay at checkout. The room was cleaned, and they filled a bottle of drinkable water for us daily (bec you can't drink tap water in San andres). Having coffee and tea in the room. Nice activities every day, which they announce in a whatsapp group.

The hotel was seemingly brand new. Incredibly spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is amazing. The pool / terrace area is beautiful and very relaxing. I'll be staying here again on my next visit to San Andres!

Our experience at Hotel Delamare was excellent! The location is great — just a four-minute walk from the beach — which made everything very convenient. The value for money is outstanding, considering the comfort and services offered. Even though the room didn’t have a window, our stay was very comfortable. The bed was wonderful, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and both the room and bathroom had plenty of space. One of the highlights was the rooftop Jacuzzi — perfect for relaxing — and also a great spot to get some fresh air and enjoy the night sky, which brought a peaceful feeling. Another great touch was the coffee and cappuccino machine available in the lobby — a delightful and always welcome treat. And we can’t forget to mention the amazing arepas from the café next door, an excellent choice for breakfast. We’d like to give a special thank-you to the receptionist Dana, who was simply wonderful throughout our stay. She was kind, attentive, and always ready to help — her warmth truly made a difference in our experience. Congratulations on your professionalism and care for the guests! We definitely recommend the hotel and would gladly stay there again!

From the moment we entered the hotel, the receptionist was super nice to us, helped us with everything we needed, they helped us with all the hotel staff. The friend who was with me is allergic to milk, so when we went to breakfast, the restaurant chef took care of things that would not be touched by milk at all. In short, excellent staff, clean rooms, air conditioning, hot water shower, and a family atmosphere.

Great location, one of the few hotel to have hot water all the time. One of the employees, named Clark, helped us arrange all of our tours, which was great, since there is a lot of people offering you things to do, and it can get overwelming.

She was knowledgeable about the hotel's amenities and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Her professionalism and willingness to assist made a significant difference in my overall experience.     The owners, Patricia and Fernando went above and beyond, they were amazing. They helped us to book tours on the island, help to get a buggy sorted for our stay and even gave us their recommended driver on the island which gave us fair prices for transport. They were super helpful and available at any time for anything. The location is great of you want to be close to the city centre (18 min waling of 5 mins by car) but not too close that you still get a quiet night. They have german shepard dogs that were supere friendly.
